To win in todays aggressive market its imperative to inculcate team culture in an organization and step up the follow- through process. Accountability and trust are core ingredients necessary for cementing work relationships to bolster thriving teams. Teams function effectively when an organization opens communication lines by implementing an open-door policy (Wagner, 2008). This helps management to know the concerns of the team members in order to tackle them frontally. In order to work effectively together, team members must possess explicit knowledge, skills, and attitudes (Salas Driskell, 2005). Such as the skill in monitoring each other's performance, knowledge of their own and teammate's responsibilities, and a positive disposition toward working in a team. True team work demands that all employees are held to the same standards. The management should avoid piling too much on the teams plate; as too many goals impede the most important goals and hinder focus.
